FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

 

1.  How long does shipping take?

- Shipping within the UK takes 2-4 working days while Europe and USA takes 5-10 working days. For rest of world please allow 7-14 days for delivery before contacting us

 

2. Do you offer returns?

- We are pretty confident in our product! We offer either a replacement or refund on damaged or faulty goods.

We also understand you might want to see it on your wrist first to get the right colour, we can offer returns if you would like to switch to a different watch! (Must be unused) 

 

3. Is there a warranty?

- A 2 year warranty is included with every purchase. No need for warranty cards, we've got you on the system, don't worry!

 

4. I have not received my watch within the given delivery dates?

- Please allow an extra 4 working days before contacting us about unreceived items. If you still have not recieved the item, contact our support team at info@adammarkengland.com and we will get to the bottom of it! 

 

5. Do I have to pay taxes?

-  We do not charge taxes. Please check your home country tax information to avoid any unexpected bills. All products are sent from the United Kingdom.

 

6. I want to sell your products in my store/Do you accept bulk orders?

- Send your information over to info@adammarkengland.com and our team will deal with your request!

 

7. I want to work for the brand as an influencer?

- Send your information over to info@adammarkengland.com and our team will review and get back to you within 24 hrs!

 

8. Where do you stock your watches?

- We are a fully online brand at the moment, but who knows what the future holds!

 

9. Do you ship to Asia?

- Of course! We ship worldwide. We haven't had a country yet that we haven't got the watch to a customer. Give us a challenge! 

 

10. How are my items shipped?

- Items are sent via United Kingdom Royal Mail either tracked or signed depending on the customers location.
